Gill has 46 years of experience in cake design and decoration.

She combines her skills in watercolour painting with food colour and sugar to create stunning hand painted designs, which have been featured in cake decorating magazines.

Gill works with royal icing as well as sugar paste to produce designs to please every taste, from traditional and contemporary to modern and quirky.
