Death By Chocolate - An indulgent, moist, dark, very chocolaty chocolate cake. Complimented by cherry jam and chocolate butter cream filling or chocolate butter cream alone.
Eggless Sponge Cake - A delicious egg free vanilla sponge cake. Perfect with raspberry jam and vanilla butter cream filling.
Fruitcake - A delicious moist, rich fruit cake which cuts neatly. The fruit is soaked in sherry before mixing and the cakes are baked long and slow. All cakes are matured for several weeks prior to decoration.
Customer's Own Cakes - Many people enjoy baking fruitcakes to their favourite recipe but lack the confidence to apply the marzipan and icing and decorate them. I offer a "customer's own cake" decorating service to the enthusiastic home baker.
